BENGALURU: A youth died after falling 30 feet at a godown in Harokyathanahalli near Nelamangala on the outskirts of the city where a movie set had been erected for director Yograj Bhat’s latest film.
The deceased is Mohan Kumar (24) who hailed from Chikkanayakanahalli in Tumakuru district. The incident occurred on Tuesday evening and Mohan Kumar died on Wednesday. A library scene had been set up in the godown for the movie ‘Production No. 4’.
Mohan Kumar was moving a rostrum in the godown when he fell 30 feet after he slipped, according to other workers. No movie shoot was happening at that time. He was immediately rushed to a hospital, but did not respond to treatment. The Madanayakanahalli police have registered a case and taken up further investigation.
