BENGALURU: The Koramangala police have filed a 1,200-page chargesheet against accused Abhishek in connection with the brutal murder of a young woman who was stabbed to death at a PG accommodation in Koramangala.

The chargesheet was filed within 38 days of the incident before the 39th ACMM Court. This is the first chargesheet filed in the murder case registered under BNS at the Koramangala police station.
In the night of July 23, around 11 pm, Abhishek had entered the Ladies PG in Koramangala and murdered Kritika. The police have recorded the statements of 85 witnesses in the chargesheet.

Abhishek was in a relationship with the deceased Kriti. She had introduced her friend to him. He had kept Kritika’s friend inside the room. Kriti, who was upset that her roommate did not come to the PG, got to know the matter and freed her friend from the room.

The accused Abhishek, who was waiting near the PG, murdered Kritika, thinking that she was taking his girlfriend away from him. The Koramangala police arrested Abhishek and investigated the case.
