BENGALURU: A woman, who was on an early morning walk, was molested by an unidentified man who approached her from behind, in Konanakunte on Monday. The incident was caught on CCTV camera.
In the video, a man, clad in a white shirt and trousers, can be seen approaching the woman, who was waiting for her friends, from behind and sexually assaulting her. The woman manages to free herself from his grasp and runs away, but he chased her and again attempted to attack her. When the woman fell down, the attacker ran away.
According to police sources, the woman, who hails from Rajasthan, regularly goes for a walk at 5 am. The Konanakunte police visited the spot and are on the lookout for the molester.
