MANGALURU: Two groups of students, senior and juniors, of the Srinivas College at Valachil on the outskirts of the city, engaged in street fight, kicking, throwing punches and beating each other with sticks over the conduct of the college fest, on Saturday.
The students, mostly from Kerala, lay their hands on whatever they could and engaged in a fight on the street. Finally, the police had to intervene to break up the fight. Videos of the street fight have since gone viral on social media.
