Tweeting a copy of the letter, national convener of the BJP IT cell noted, “Its not even been six months and corruption strikes Congress Govt in Karnataka. Officials in Agriculture Dept have written to the Governor alleging that Minister N Chaluvarayaswamy has demanded 6-8 lakh bribe”.
“Governor’s office has now written to the Chief Secretary, which reads, “Joint agriculture directors of different taluks of Mandya district have written to me that the minister has demanded Rs 6-8 lakh from officials. If such corruption is not stopped, officials stated that they would consume poison. Immediately, look into this matter and act accordingly”. Malviya said.
“Remember Siddaramaiah and DK Shivkumar had released a rate card during elections? It is collection time now. Lets be clear the money is being demanded to fill Congress coffers and can’t happen without the consent of the Gandhis, who have an insatiable greed. All development projects in Karnataka have come to a halt and Congress is looting the state with both hands. The 5 Guarantees haven’t been fulfilled either…”, Malviya tweeted.
