MADIKERI: The police have arrested three people for selling ganja after a raid on Kaikadu village of Napoklu on Wednesday.
The accused have been identified as Saiful Islam, Anar Hussain and Zaheer Ali, all residents of Assam. The team consisting of Napoklu police station PSI and staff raided the village after getting exact information about some people selling ganja illegally, and arrested them.
A case has been registered at the Napoklu police station. The police have seized 2.150 kg of ganja. Kodagu SP Rajarajan appreciated the work of police officers and staff.
