CHAMARAJANAGAR: A burqa-clad student vowed the audience at a workshop organised in the town by singing a devotional song in praise of Lord Male Mahadeshwara.
The Bharatiya Parivartan Sangha district unit had organised a one-day free workshop in the town for the benefit of students planning to take up competitive examinations.
Umme Basira, a second PU student of the Chamarajanagar Women’s Government PU College presented a rendition of the popular devotional song ‘Sojugaada Sooju Mallige…’, drawing huge applause from the audience.
