BENGALURU: ‘KFG Tata’ fame actor Krishna G Rao passed away on Wednesday afternoon at the age of 73. H was under treatment for some time in the intensive care unit (ICU) of a private hospital in Bengaluru.
He got fame and recognition in the movie KGF Chapter 1 when he caught the attention of the audiences with his natural acting skills.
He was hospitalised for the last one week following age-related illness and breathing problem. Doctors shifted him from the ICU to a private ward on Tuesday, but Rao breathed his last on Wednesday without responding to the treatment.
The body was taken to his residence in Banashankar and the last rites will be conducted on Thursday. Fans of the movie flooded social media with condolence messages.
