VIJAYAPURA: A woman died after she accidentally got stuck in a maize thresher which was moving in a field at Deginala village in Bagevadi taluk on Wednesday. The deceased identified as Bhimavva Sabu Ukkali.
Local residents alleged that she fell into the thresher while harvesting maize on land that which belongs to Munna Donu. The Managuli police visited the spot and further investigations are under way.
