KOPPAL: A man who was clicking photos of girls on his mobile phone at the Gangavathi bus stand was thrashed by the public after some women raised questions.
Ramanjaneya, a resident of Manvi in Raichur district, was accused of capturing photos of young women on his mobile phone. He was beaten by locals after some women questioned him for taking photos.
When his mobile phone was checked, photos of women, girl students were found. Ramanjaneya was also given a tongue-lashing for having taken obscene pictures as well. The incident occurred in Gangavathi town police station limits.
