KALABURAGI: Five members of the same family died on the spot after a Force Cruiser passenger car and a lorry collided head-on near Ladlapur Cross in Chittapur taluk of Kalaburagi district late on Friday night. The deceased were identified as Tolusab Kashwar, Hussain Shah, Maiboob Ali, Rasool Bi and Fatima Ali.
They were returning to their home at Ingalgi village in Chittapur taluk after admitting a relative, Mohammed, for treatment of paralysis at the Gurumathkal Ayurveda hospital, when the horrific accident occurred on National Highway 150 at Ladlapur village. After the accident, the lorry driver absconded, and a case has been registered at Wadi police station regarding this.
Parents were shocked by the death of the Cruiser driver Tolusab. The parents broke down remembering Tolusab, who supported the family. The Cruiser driver’s wife is pregnant. Wails of the deceased’s family members reached the skies. Villagers of Ingalgi in shock by the news of five deaths.
