MADIKERI: A tiger was spotted on a road in Kodagu’s forest area and captured on camera by some motorists. The incident occurred near Maldare village, connecting Siddapura and Mysuru. The tiger was seen crossing the road, causing a brief stir among the occupants of the vehicle.
The area has seen increased wildlife activity lately, and the Forest department is investigating. The authorities have warned motorists against making unnecessary stops and advised caution, especially at night, as the area is prone to wildlife movement.
