The Ekatma Manav Darshan session, held in Mysuru and inaugurated by Governor Thaawarchand Gehlot, was part of a three-day international educational conference commemorating Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyaya, a prominent leader of the Jan Sangh.
The government had objected to KSOU’s collaboration and financial support for the event, stating it was not in line with the university’s objectives. The Higher Education Department Secretary ordered the cancellation of the collaboration.
