BENGALURU: In good news for Yellow Line Metro passengers, the fifth train has been dispatched from Titagarh Rail Systems Limited (TRLS) in West Bengal and is expected to arrive in Bengaluru by the end of September.

After undergoing testing in the first week of October, the train is likely to be operational by mid-October. Currently, four trains are operational on the Yellow Line, with a duration of one train every 19 minutes. With the addition of the fifth train, the frequency is expected to increase, reducing travel time for commuters.
