BENGALURU: Late DG&IGP Om Prakash’s daughter Kritika vandalised a Nandini milk booth and attacked the owner of the parlour on Monday evening. However, the motive for her action was not clear.

Kritika went to the milk booth near her house in HSR Layout and stood there for some time staring at the booth owner. When he questioned her about it, she suddenly launched an attack, destroying glass jars in which eatables were stored and even left the owner injured.

Kritika was seen hovering around for some time and walked back.

Even after the milk booth owner call the police, Kritika hovered around for some time and left casually when a police officer arrived on the scene. The damage was captured on mobile phone cameras.

Kritika has been living alone in Om Prakash’s house ever since his death. Her mother has been lodged in jail in connection with Om Prakash’s death while the brother has moved away.

The booth owner said, “Since there were other customers, I asked her to move to one side. She destroyed all the glass jars and injured me in the hands and legs such that I was bleeding. She also scratched my arm”. He also told the police that she would regularly come to the booth to drink water or tea. “I don’t know what happened to her all of a sudden”, he adde.
