BENGALURU: Sandalwood actress Harshika Poonacha and Bigg Boss Season 4 contestant Bhuvan Ponnanna conducted their daughter’s naming ceremony in a grand manner in Virajpet on Saturday as per Kodava traditions. Following the current trend, Harshika and Bhuvan have named their daughter uniquely after a goddess.
The Harshika-Bhuvan couple had traditionally celebrated every event, from their weddings to other ceremonies. Now, they have traditionally named their daughter ‘Tridevi Ponnakkaah,’ who was born on the first day of Navratri. The couple revealed the name of their daughter by sharing a photo with their daughter on Bhuvan’s Instagram page.

The child was looking stunning in Kodava style. The couple’s family, film artists and friends participated in the naming ceremony.
Even during her pregnancy, Harshika Poonacha did not follow the Western style and attracted attention by doing a photoshoot in the traditional Kodava style. Her baby shower ceremony was also held in a grand manner. In September 2024, Harshika gave birth to a cute baby girl.
