BENGALURU: The city police have deported 31 Bangladeshi nationals who were arrested in the jurisdiction of 10 different police stations in the city.
The deportation was carried out early on Monday with 20 police personnel accompanying the illegal immigrants. The group left from the SVMT Railway Terminal in th city and is expected to reach Malda in West Bengal around 5 pm on Tuesday.
From the West Bengal border area, the illegal immigrants will be sent back to their home country.
