HASSAN: The Hassan police have arrested three youths who were indulging in eve-teasing and popping wheelies and seized one two-wheeler.
Superintendent of Police Hariram Shankar said sub-inspector Kusuma and staff of the women’s police station were on patrol on Basattikoppal road when they spotted three youths teasing school and college girls and popping wheelies on the roads. A video of the incident was also circulated on social media. The three youths were arrested and produced before a court, he said.
Further, the SP said 11 people, including a few minors, have been booked and 26 two-wheelers seized for various traffic offences. The parents of the minors were also called and were warned, he said. The police will step up patrolling to curb such activities, the SP added.
Meanwhile, in Hubballi, a video of a minor riding a motorcycle recklessly has gone viral on social media. Following this, the Hubballi South traffic police have booked the owner of the motorcycle for allowing the minor to drive dangerously and have seized the vehicle.
Don't try to do such ???????????????????? stunts on the road..

In the video doing the rounds, the minor, a resident of Anand Nagar, is seen placing his right foot on a bus and driving recklessly through the roads in Old Hubballi, Indi Pump Circle and Anand Nagar. He even sufffers a fall, but picks up the motorcycle and continues with his stunts.
