HUBBALLI: A three-year-old girl, identified as Mayuri, died after a snake bit her in the anganwadi in Alur area in Mundagod of Karwar district on Monday. The girl had gone to the anganwadi when the incident occurred.
Mayuri had gone to the toilet outside the classroom when a snake bit her in the leg. She was later admitted to KIMS Hospital in Hubballi, but the girl died at the hospital without responding to treatment.
