SHIVAMOGGA: Three SSLC students, who had gone out for swimming, drowned in Tunga river near the Rama Mantapa on the river bank in Thirthahalli town on Monday. The deceased have been identified as Rafhan, Iian and Samar.
The three boys had gone out swimming after breaking the Ramadan fast. Firefighters and local police fished out the bodies in a joint operation today. A case has been registered at the Thirthahalli police station.
