TUMAKURU: Unidentified youths popping wheelies killed two goats and left at 10 then others injured at Hosahalli village in Tiptur taluk on Sunday evening.
Farmer Thimmanna of Hosahalli was returning home along with his herd of goats on Sunday evening when three youths on two-wheelers were popping wheelies. One of the youths lost control and rammed into the goat herd which was walking by the side of the road.
Two goats died and at least 10 were injured in the incident. The farmer later took the goats to a veterinary hospital in a goods vehicle. The youth left behind his vehicle (KA 44 Y 0376) and fled with the others. The Tiptur Rural police have registered a case.
