BENGALURU: A youth stabbed his ex-girlfriend’s new boyfriend near a tonga stand in Vyalikaval police station area on Friday night. Chandan was stabbed by his ex-girlfriend’s previous boyfriend Yatish.
Chandan was in love with a woman, who had previously been in a relationship with Yatish. When Yatish found out that the woman was in love with Chandan, he called Chandan for a chat when he and his associates allegedly stabbed Chandan with a knife.
After the incident, Chandan, who was lying in a pool of blood, called his friends and informed them about the incident. His friends rushed to the place, rescued him and admitted him to a private hospital, where he is currently undergoing treatment in the ICU in serious condition.
The Vyalikaval police have registered an FIR and are searching for the accused.
