MANDYA: A 21-year-old youth was found dead and his goods autorickshaw fallen into a ditch near the Ramandur lake in Malavalli taluk on Wednesday. His family has alleged that he was killed and his body dumped in the bushes by the family of a minor girl he was in a relationship with.
Manju, a resident of Kalkuni, had gone to Ramandur lake for fishing on Wednesday, but his good autorickshaw was found in a ditch near the lake and he was found dead close by. His family has alleged that the accident was staged by the family of the minor girl.
Manju was in a relationship with a minor girl, who is also a relative, for the last two years. The girl was staying with her grandmother and was keen to marry him after she turned major.
