MANDYA: A 23-year-old youth died after he deliberately came under the rear wheel of a KSRTC bus at the Maddur bus stand on Wednesday. The deceased was identified as Arun of Tubinakere village.
In CCTV footage, Arun can be seen sitting on the pavement under a flyover. As the bus takes a turn to join the Bengaluru-Mysuru highway, Arun suddenly came under its rear wheel.
The youth died o5:24 PM 2/27/2025n the spot and it is suspected that he may have committed suicide though the exact reason was not known. The Maddur town police have registered a case.
