RAMANAGARA: A young man died on the spot and four others were seriously injured when their car lost control and crashed into a tree near Pandupura village in Channapatna taluk. The deceased, Mohan, was from Hebbal in Bengaluru.
The accident occurred when five friends were traveling from Bengaluru to Kabbalu temple. The car driver lost control and crashed into a tree, resulting in Mohan’s instant death. The car was completely mangled in the accident.
The Akkuru police visited the site and sent the body for post-mortem examination at the taluk hospital. The injured were treated at a private hospital. A case has been registered at the Akkuru police station in connection with the incident.
