NEW DELHI: A special NIA court has convicted Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF) terrorist Yasin Malik after he pleaded guilty in a terror-funding case.
The prosecution has been asked to assess Malik’s financial condition so that fines can be imposed. Malik too has been asked to file an affidavit on his financial condition.
The next date of hearing is May 25 when the sentencing is expected to take place.
