The colleg authorities also submitted a four-page report to the commission on the incident.

State Women Commission visited the Presidency school and gathered the report on the incident.

The report admits that there was a security lapse on the part of the college management as the security guards failed to recognise the youth as there are no ID cards for students. When Layasmita refused to accept the letter, he stabbed her after taking out a knife from his bag. The college authorities rushed her to a hospital in an ambulance but she was declared brought dead, the report said.
