CHITRADURGA: A woman has been arrested along with her son and her paramour for killing her husband, an autorickshaw driver. The body of Ravikumar (51) was found dumped near Erajjanahatti on July 20.
Ravikumar’s wife Sunitha had then created a huge drama and had accused her son-in-law for the murder. However, investigation revealed that Ravikumar was in the way of Sunitha’s illicit relationship. She, along with her son Vishnu, and paramour Ganesh have been arrested.
Ganesh hails from Bengaluru and is involved in several theft cases. He had recently moved to Kelagote Extension in Chitradurga when he and Sunitha got into an illicit relationship. Sunitha was lured by the money Ganesh offered her and hence plotted to eliminate her husband with his help, police said.
