BENGALURU: A woman rider fell on road and suffered injuries as she lost control of her two-wheeler after hitting a pothole. The incident occurred on the night of August 30 on Marathalli Main Road.

Locals have alleged that not only potholes, but also a lack of streetlights is also a reason for road accidents.

A man, who was behind her on another bike, captured the incident on his helmet camera, and then helped her to lift the vehicle. Someone posted the video on Twitter. Many Twitter users are asking questions after watching the video.

The ‘Brand Bengaluru’ concept is now being trolled on social media after this incident. Deputy Chief Minister D K Shivakumar and the BBMP Commissioner have been tagged in a video post with questions like, “What is ‘Brand Bengaluru’ all about?”
