BENGALURU: A female patient was conned of golden ornaments by a woman posing as a doctor at a private hospital in Ashoknagar recently.
A woman entered the hospital wearing a doctor’s uniform and went to patient Sarasamma’s ward. She has asked everyone to leave the ward for a while to give treatment and snatched a finger ring and a gold chain weighing 41 gm from the patient.
Similarly, the woman stolen gold from patients in adjacent wards too. A case has been registered in Ashok Nagar police station.
