TUMAKURU: A woman, travelling on a heavily crowded KSRTC bus plying from Mysuru to Tumakuru, felt suffocated and started screaming out for help.
With women allowed free travel under the Shakti scheme, the bus was packed with passengers. Unable to breathe, the woman started screaming for help and asked to be deboarded.
The conductor immediately signalled to the driver to stop the bus and the woman got off near Kunigal town. The woman was part of a group headed to the Chamundeshwari temple at Gowdagere.
