BENGALURU: In yet another twist to the suicide case of BJP leader Anantharaju, his woman friend Rekha’s chats with an unidentified person have revealed that she wanted him to reach a settlement by May 15. The WhatsApp chats and a video of Rekha partying with another friend have since gone viral.
In the chats, Rekha says Anantharaju cheated her and brought disrepute to her and goes on to add that she is ready to expose anyone for her children’s sake. She even reveals that some intimate videos with Anantharaju are in her possession and that his wife (Suma) would herself kill him if she saw those videos.
She further says that Anantharaju should agree to a settlement by May 15 and he could continue living his life in peace.
Meanwhile, Rekha, who had been arrested, has been granted bail by a local court. Two others, Spandana and Vinod, have secured anticipatory bail.
