BENGALURU: A woman was brutally attacked when she was walking along a road on Friday morning. She was immediately rushed to a hospital in Hebbal where she is undergoing treatment in the ICU.
The victim Sunitha, whose family hails from Kadapa in Andhra Pradesh, sustained severe injury in the head and had lost a lot of blood. However, the motive for the attack was not immediately known.
Sunitha has been residing in Bengaluru along with her two sons while her husband is working in Dubai. While one of the sons is practicising medicine in a city hospital, the younger son is in college. The police have registered a case and taken up further investigation.
