BENGALURU: Renowned Kannada film director A T Raghu, who directed the popular movies like ‘Mandyada Gandu’, passed away on Thursday night. He was 76 and had been suffering from illness apart from undergoing regula dialysis.
Raghu breathed his last around 9:20 pm on Thursday. The body was kept at his residence in RT Nagar’s Mathadahalli on Friday morning for publicing view, and the last rites were conducted at the crematorium at Hebbal later in the day, according to family sources.

Raghu is survived by his wife and daughter. Some of his other notable films include ‘Midida Hrudaya’, ‘Jailor Jaganath’, ‘Betegaara’, ‘Dharma Yuddha’, and ‘Nyaaya Neethi Dharma’.
