BENGALURU: A water tanker driver put people’s lives at risk by jumping a red signal at high speed on HAL Airport Road. A video of the incident was posted online, demanding action against the driver.
In the video, the water tanker, driven rashly, can be seen swerving very close to a two-wheeler rider, and later, almost running over some pedestrians and brushing a car.
The traffic police swung into action, imposing a fine of Rs 3,000 on the tanker driver and let him off with a warning.
