Visitors spot tigers, cubs at Kabini, Gopalaswamy Hills

MYSURU, CHAMARAJANAGAR: A group of visitors to the Kabini Wildlife Sanctuary were in for luck when they spotted a trigress with her four cubs on Monday.

The group of visitors, who were on in a safari vehicle, were pleasantly shocked when they saw the tigress lead her four cubs, playfully crossing the safari path. The tourists had a field day clicking photographs and videos.

In the adjoining Bandipur Tiger Reserve, tourists heading to the Himavad Gopalaswamy Hills spotted a tiger on the road. On seeing the approaching vehicles, the tiger ambled to the side of the road, walked away and lay down.

Many shot videos of the tiger on the mobile phones. Locals say the tiger has been

spotted on and off.
