The stolen mobiles were reported missing from various locations across 26 police stations in Vijayapura district, including Basavana Bagewadi, Indi, and Vijayapura rural areas. The police have successfully recovered the stolen devices and returned them to their rightful owners within a month of the complaints being filed.
