HAVERI: Vice President Jagdeep Dhankar on Friday formally inaugurated the Karnataka Vaibhava celebrations at the Rajarajeshwari University at Ranebennur on Friday.
Upon his arrival at the venue, Dhankar was presented a shawl and a cardamom garland. His wife Sudesh Dhankar was presented a cardamom garland by the women.
Governor Thaawarchand Gehlot, Vachananda Swami of the Panchamasali Peetha at Harihar, BJP national general secretary (organisation) B L Santosh and KLE Society chairman Prabhakar Kore were among those present.
