BENGALURU: Legislative Council member Suraj Revanna has been remanded to judicial custody until June 18 in the sexual assault case. The 42nd ACMM court ordered Suraj Revanna to be sent back to jail for 15 days.
Suraj was arrested on June 22 by the Holenarasipur Rural police in connection with an unnatural sex case. The government later transferred the case to the CID, which took him into custody for further questioning.
On June 1, he was produced before the court again, which had extended his CID custody by two more days. After the end of the police custody, he was sent to judicial custody today.
