BENGALURU: A two-wheeler rider blocked a car and threatened the occupants with a huge stone at Baiyappanahalli in the city over a trivial issue in yet another case of road rage.

The two-wheeler rider also tried to force open the car door.

In a video recorded by one of the occupants of the car on a mobile phone, the two-wheeler rider can be seen making vulgar gestures and even trying to open the door while abusing them.

The Kadugodi police have arrested the cab driver.

Meanwhile, the Kadugodi police have arrested a cab driver, identified as Shivakumar, who had blocked a car on ITPL main road in Whitefield, threatened the driver and damaged the car with a pair of cutting plyers and a screwdriver on September 5.

When Shivakumar tried to force the window down, the car driver Dhanush had used pepper spray on the cabbie in self defence, which infuriated him even more, leading him to damage the car. Shivakumar’s act was recorded on the dashcam of Danush’s car who had posted the video on X tagging the city police.
