CHIKKAMAGALUR: Two people died after a car collided with their two-wheeler at Tarikere on Wednesday. The deceased have been identified as Azim (23) and Bilal (20). Both worked as electricians.
On Wednesday, they were heading to work at Hunasaghatta village on their two-wheeler. When they reached Tarikere, a car coming from Ajjampura collided with their two-wheeler. Due to the impact, both died on the spot, and the two-wheeler is completely destroyed.
A case has been registered at the Tarikere police station. The police visited the spot, and locals informed them that the driver fled after the accident.
