BALLARI: A tussle broke out between two communities over a trivial reason during Holi celebration, in which some angered youths barged into a house and damaged household articles at Malapanagudi village near Hosapete on Thursday.
The fight essentially started between two youths of the Madiga and Kuruba communities and the two communities got involved in the dispute on Thursday.
The two groups pelted stones on each other’s houses and damaged property. They have also damaged TV set, a two-wheeler parked in front of the house, a cycle, showcase and other household articles.
Police said that the situation is now under complete control and and added that security has been stepped up in the village. The police have decided to register cases against those involved in the group clash and promised action.
