YADGIR: Two people died and seven others were grieviously injured after a private bus went off the road and overturned near Hattigooduru village in Shahpur taluk on Sunday night. The bus, heading to Bengaluru from Kalaburagi, was carrying 37 passengers.
Several passengers sustained minor injuries in the accident. The police had a tough time in pulling out the stuck passengers from the bus. Surpur Deputy SP Javed Inamdar confirmed the deaths and efforts were on to establish their identities.
