CHIKKAMAGALURU: Two children died after falling into a well while playing at Ammadi Estate in Koppa taluk. The deceased have been identified as Seema (6) and Radhika (2).
The children were playing near the well when they accidentally fell into it. Their mother Sunita, a native of Madhya Pradesh, had left her children at home and gone to work in the field. When she returned in the evening, she found her children missing.
The bodies of the children were found in the well during a search. A case has been registered at the Koppa police station and police are investigating the matter.
