BALLARI: Two private buses collided with each other when one of them tried to overtake the other on National Highway-50 near MB Aiyyanahalli in Kudligi taluk of Vijayanagar district in the early hours on Wednesday. Luckily, there were no casualties.
The buses were heading to Hosapete from Bengaluru when the accident occurred around 4.30 am. There were more thatn 60 passengers in the two buses at that time and the injured passengers were shifted to a hospital in Kudligi.
The Kudligi Deputy SP and other officials visited the spot. A case has been registered at the Kanahosalli police station.
