MYSURU: A truck carrying dry sugarcane leaves caught fire and was completely gutted after it came in contact with a live electric wire at Bettadabeedu village in HD Kote taluk.
The incident occurred when the truck was returning with a load of dry sugarcane leaves. Eyewitnesses said the truck was completely gutted in a matter of minutes. Fortunately, the truck driver managed to escape without any injuries.
