We have already sent 2.5 lakh notices, which are being routed through the post office. They have to pay the fine within 15 days. They can review video footage for clarification. Our main goal is to make citizens follow traffic rules and to create awareness”, said Dr M A Saleem, Special Commissioner of Police for Traffic in Bengaluru.
