The tiger was spotted chewing off meat from a wild buffalo it had hunted.

CHAMARAJANAGAR: Some visitors to the Himavad Gopalaswamy Hills in Gundlupet taluk had visual treat when they spotted a tiger grabbing meat from a kill and running away amid the rain and fog.

In a video shot on a mobile phone by some bus passengers, the tiger can be seen biting into a large chunk of meat from a wild buffalo which it had hunted and carrying it away.

Himavad Gopalaswamy Hills is covered in mist and fog.

The tiger is being regularly spotted over the last one week, according to locals. The video has since gone viral on social media.
