The tiger was spotted around 2 pm while the leopard was seen at 4 pm on November 7.

BENGALURU: A tiger and a leopard were spotted on the same stretch of road in the Bannerghatta Biological Park (BBP) on November 7 in a span of two hours. The big cats were captured on a camera installed by the BBP authorities.

The road where the tiger and the leopard were spotted is part of the safari route and connects the zoo and the safari. The camera was installed to track the movement of animals near the edge of the biological park.

Two tigers were involved in a fight at Bannerghatta forest four years ago.

Interestingly, the tiger had not been spotted for the last three years. The tiger was involved in a big fight with another tiger housed in the biological park four years ago and was spotted only now on camera.
