TUMAKURU: Three people died after a motorcycle and a scooter collided near Sai Dhaba in Sira on Sunday. The deceased were identified as Vishnu (28) of Yemmeralli thanda in Sira, and Muthuraj (36) and Venkatadhan Shetty (64) from Ramanagara.
Vishnu was riding his motorcycle when he collided with the Honda Activa coming from the opposite direction. The two riders of the scooter died on the spot while Vishnu succumbed to injuries at the hospital.
A case has been registered at the Sira police station and further investigation is under way.
